Wrelik Beta Policy

Effective August 16, 2026 · Last updated August 16, 2026

Effective date: August 16, 2026

This Beta Policy applies when you access or use beta, preview, pilot, experimental, early-access, prerelease, prototype, or otherwise unfinished software, services, applications, integrations, models, features, or functionality provided by Wrelik (collectively, Beta Software).

In this Policy, Wrelik, we, us, and our refer to Wrelik and its affiliated brands, products, and services, including Deelrx, Klutr, and Sporkd. You means the person or organization accessing or using Beta Software.

This Policy supplements our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By accessing or using Beta Software, you agree to all three. If you use Beta Software for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. Identifying Beta Software

We will clearly identify Beta Software through a label or notice such as Beta, Preview, Early Access, Pilot, Experimental, Prototype, Prerelease, TestFlight, Coming Soon, or Under Development. The notice may appear in the software, during enrollment, on a product page, in release notes or documentation, or in a communication from Wrelik.

A label may apply to an entire application or only to a particular feature. Features not identified as beta remain subject to the ordinary terms for the applicable product.

2. Beta Software is unfinished

Beta Software is still being designed, developed, tested, and improved. It may contain errors, incomplete functionality, inaccurate outputs, performance problems, security limitations, interruptions, or unexpected behavior.

Beta Software may:

  • Work differently from a description, demonstration, or prototype.
  • Operate slowly, inconsistently, or not at all.
  • Produce incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, or unexpected results.
  • Lose, alter, duplicate, or fail to synchronize information.
  • Be incompatible with devices, operating systems, applications, accounts, networks, or configurations.
  • Use more battery, storage, memory, processing capacity, or network data than expected.
  • Change substantially or never become generally available.

Do not treat Beta Software as a finished, guaranteed, or mission-critical service. Maintain independent backups and review outputs before relying on or sharing them.

3. Features and availability may change

We may add, remove, restrict, redesign, rename, replace, suspend, or discontinue Beta Software at any time. We may change its interface, workflow, data structure, compatibility, eligibility, availability, pricing, usage limits, or technical requirements without prior notice.

Participation does not guarantee that a feature will be released, resemble its beta version, preserve your beta data or settings, remain free, remain available at the same price, or become available on any announced timeline. Roadmaps, mockups, prototypes, and statements about future functionality are informational and are not contractual commitments.

4. Your responsibilities and good-faith use

You agree to use Beta Software lawfully and in good faith, follow applicable instructions and warnings, protect your account and devices, maintain appropriate backups, and stop using a feature if it appears to create a safety, security, privacy, performance, or data-integrity risk.

You may not bypass restrictions, interfere with testing, extract protected models or source code, exploit errors, access another person’s data, disrupt the service, or use unfinished functionality to cause harm.

Do not use Beta Software for emergency services, life-safety decisions, medical diagnosis, legal determinations, critical infrastructure, or circumstances where an error or interruption could reasonably cause death, personal injury, significant property damage, or material financial loss.

5. Device performance and compatibility

Software does not operate in isolation. Hardware, storage, battery condition, operating-system versions, network quality, background processes, security settings, third-party applications, integrations, malware, extensions, and other factors outside Wrelik’s control may affect performance.

We cannot control the other software, services, settings, modifications, or accessories you use. We do not guarantee that Beta Software will be compatible with your device or will not affect battery life, responsiveness, temperature, storage, memory, network usage, notifications, synchronization, stability, or overall performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrelik is not responsible for device slowdowns, battery drain, excessive data usage, application conflicts, interrupted notifications, corrupted local settings, operating-system problems, or similar effects arising from Beta Software or its interaction with third-party products. You are responsible for evaluating compatibility and backing up important information before installing or enabling Beta Software.

6. Support and service levels

Beta Software may be unavailable, unstable, or supported on a limited basis. Unless Wrelik expressly agrees otherwise in writing, we do not promise any uptime, response time, maintenance schedule, recovery objective, data-retention period, or support commitment.

We may limit enrollment, use waitlists, impose technical requirements, reset beta environments, remove beta data, or revoke access when reasonably necessary for development, safety, security, legal compliance, or operations.

7. Pricing, subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Most Wrelik Beta Software is offered without charge. Free beta access does not create a right to continued free access or guarantee future availability.

If we introduce a paid beta, subscription, add-on, or early-access plan, we will disclose its price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation method before purchase.

Except where required by law or expressly promised by Wrelik in writing:

  • Charges are earned when paid and subscription fees are nonrefundable.
  • Partial periods, unused time, discontinued beta features, changed functionality, performance issues, incompatibility, or a decision to stop participating do not qualify for a refund or credit.
  • Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund charges already incurred.
  • Failure of one beta feature does not entitle you to a refund for another product, subscription, bundle, or service.
  • Purchases through an app store, marketplace, or payment platform may also be governed by that platform’s billing and refund rules.

If you believe Wrelik made a billing error or charged you after a properly completed cancellation, contact help@wrelik.com.

8. Bug reports and in-app feedback

We may provide in-app feedback forms, surveys, beta questionnaires, support forms, or bug-reporting tools. When reporting a problem, describe what happened, what you expected, the steps that may reproduce it, the affected product and device, and the approximate time. Attach screenshots or recordings only when relevant.

Remove passwords, payment information, health information, government identifiers, authentication codes, private communications, and other sensitive information before submitting a report. Bug reports must be made in good faith and must not be knowingly false, misleading, abusive, duplicative, or malicious.

A report does not guarantee an individual response, workaround, fix, payment, reward, credit, or correction within a particular timeframe. We may prioritize reports based on severity, reproducibility, impact, security implications, and available resources.

Report suspected security vulnerabilities privately to help@wrelik.com with the subject Security Report. Do not publicly disclose or reproduce a vulnerability in a way that accesses another person’s data, disrupts a service, or causes harm.

9. Feedback ownership and unsolicited submissions

Feedback is voluntary and nonconfidential. You represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not contain another person’s confidential information or intellectual property. Wrelik has no obligation to acknowledge, implement, publish, return, or compensate you for feedback.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assign to Wrelik all rights, title, and interest you may have in feedback, suggestions, feature requests, product recommendations, proposed improvements, bug-report descriptions, workflows, or related material concerning Wrelik products. If an assignment is not legally effective, you grant Wrelik a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, commercialize, display, perform, and create derivative works from that material for any purpose.

This does not transfer ownership of personal content you independently create and merely store in a Wrelik product. User-content ownership remains governed by our Terms of Use.

Wrelik does not accept unsolicited inventions, patent ideas, source code, product concepts, business proposals, creative materials, marketing plans, or proprietary submissions outside designated feedback channels. Do not send anything you expect us to keep confidential, return, develop exclusively, or compensate you for.

If you submit such material despite this notice, it will not be treated as confidential; no fiduciary, employment, partnership, or compensation relationship will arise; and it will be treated as feedback under this Policy to the fullest extent permitted by law. Wrelik may already be independently developing the same or a similar concept.

10. Diagnostics, performance monitoring, and error reporting

Because Beta Software is unfinished, Wrelik may use diagnostics and observability tools to understand performance, reproduce errors, protect the service, and improve the experience. Depending on the product, device, settings, and applicable permissions, these tools may collect:

  • Application version, build number, device type, operating system, language, and general configuration.
  • Storage, memory, processor, battery-impact, responsiveness, startup-time, load-time, latency, and synchronization information.
  • Feature usage, navigation paths, taps, clicks, scrolling, and other interactions.
  • Error messages, stack traces, crash reports, failed requests, console events, and technical logs.
  • Session timestamps, pseudonymous identifiers, and the sequence of actions preceding an error.
  • Screenshots, screen states, interface details, and material submitted through feedback forms.

We use this information to identify bugs, crashes, compatibility and performance issues; reconstruct errors; evaluate beta features; detect abuse, fraud, and security threats; prioritize fixes; and improve reliability, usability, accessibility, and performance.

11. Session replay

Some Wrelik products may use session-replay or interaction-reconstruction technology during beta testing. Session replay can recreate portions of your interaction, including screens visited, navigation, taps, clicks, scrolling, interface states, errors, and event timing. A replay may resemble a recording but is generally reconstructed from application events and interface information.

Unless Wrelik separately requests and receives permission through your device or application, session replay does not activate your camera or microphone, record activity outside the Wrelik application, or authorize access to unrelated files or applications.

Wrelik may use masking, redaction, field exclusion, access controls, or similar safeguards where supported, but no automated masking system is guaranteed to identify every sensitive value. Do not enter highly sensitive information into beta feedback fields or fields not specifically intended to receive it. If you believe a replay, log, screenshot, or report captured sensitive information, contact help@wrelik.com promptly.

12. Automatic reports, choices, and retention

Error, crash, and performance reports may be generated automatically when an application fails, becomes unresponsive, encounters a synchronization problem, or experiences an unexpected condition. Reports may be sent without a separate bug form where permitted by law, platform rules, device settings, and the choices presented to you.

Disabling optional analytics may not disable technical processing reasonably necessary to provide a requested feature, maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, diagnose an active failure, comply with law, or protect Wrelik and other users. Where applicable law requires consent for optional analytics, session replay, or device-access technologies, Wrelik will request consent or provide required controls.

We may use service providers to process analytics, crash reports, performance events, feedback, or replay information on our behalf. We retain this information for as long as reasonably necessary to investigate issues, improve products, maintain security, comply with law, or establish and defend legal rights. Access is limited to authorized personnel and providers with a reasonable need for the information. We may aggregate, redact, or de-identify diagnostic information and retain information that no longer reasonably identifies an individual as permitted by law.

Collecting diagnostics does not guarantee that we will detect every error, review every session, reproduce every problem, prevent data loss, correct an issue on a particular schedule, or continue supporting a device, integration, operating system, or beta feature.

13. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed through Beta Software. Do not enter highly sensitive, regulated, irreplaceable, or confidential information unless Wrelik expressly approves that use in writing.

Beta Software may depend on app stores, operating systems, AI providers, cloud platforms, APIs, payment processors, networks, or integrations that Wrelik does not control. We are not responsible for their availability, policies, outputs, security, compatibility, pricing, or conduct. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their terms and privacy practices.

14. Wrelik intellectual property

Beta Software may contain early-stage inventions, designs, models, workflows, algorithms, branding, documentation, interfaces, trade secrets, patent-pending material, or other intellectual property. Beta status does not place that material in the public domain or reduce Wrelik’s rights.

Your access is limited, revocable, nonexclusive, and nontransferable. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, lease, commercially redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract protected components, remove ownership notices, or claim ownership of Wrelik technology, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise. Private beta programs may require a separate nondisclosure or testing agreement.

15. No warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BETA SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.” WRELIK DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, COMPATIBILITY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND DATA INTEGRITY.

We do not warrant that Beta Software will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, compatible, fit for your intended use, or free from harmful components. No demonstration, roadmap, documentation, or support response creates a warranty unless Wrelik expressly identifies it as one in a signed written agreement. Where a jurisdiction does not allow a particular exclusion, it applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

16. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WRELIK AND ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; LOSS, CORRUPTION, OR UNAVAILABILITY OF DATA; DEVICE DAMAGE OR PERFORMANCE DEGRADATION; LOSS OF GOODWILL; OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO BETA SOFTWARE.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrelik’s total aggregate liability arising from Beta Software will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to Wrelik for the affected Beta Software during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or US $100.

These limitations apply regardless of legal theory and even if Wrelik was advised that damage was possible. They do not exclude liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

17. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Beta Software at any time. Wrelik may suspend, restrict, or terminate beta access at any time, with or without notice, including to protect users, systems, security, intellectual property, legal compliance, or the integrity of a beta program.

Upon termination, your permission to use the affected Beta Software ends. Provisions concerning intellectual property, feedback, unsolicited submissions, warranties, liability, and disputes survive termination.

18. Policy changes and conflicts

We may update this Policy as our products and beta programs evolve. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice where required by law.

A separately signed agreement controls first, followed by product-specific beta terms, this Beta Policy, and then the general Terms of Use, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
